First Visit

Be sure to fill out your intake forms online before your appointment through the Jane App. These forms should be found in your email. Bring imaging reports with you to your visit or email them to rrchirosrq@gmail.com.

There will be movement with your visit so be sure to wear comfortable clothing with easy access to the areas that we are working on. For example, if you are having calf or knee pain, wear or bring shorts to change into.

The new patient visit is 45 minutes and includes the consult, evaluation, and treatment. Your second visit is about 30 minutes, and then the remainder or visits in the future are 15 minutes.

The treatment can include some tender deep soft tissue work, which varies patient to patient due to tolerance and age.

After your appointment it is completely normal to be sore or feel fatigued. This is different for every patient. There maybe some bruising or tender areas after getting worked on.

Be sure to drink a lot of water (possibly add some electrolytes), eat some good food, and stay moving after a treatment.

  • Yes! I work on all ages from newborns to elderly. Each treatment is tailored to each patients. My technique and force changes based on the patient.

  • Some patients are sore and some are not sore at all. It really depends on the patient. It is important to stay moving and drink a lot of water. There can be some bruising if you have more sensitive skin. If you ever have questions feel free to reach out to me via email or phone.

  • I do not take insurance. We are a cash practice, unless you work for the hospital and have the Meritain Comprehensive Plan. For other insurances I can print you out a superbill that you can submit to your insurance yourself.
